child assessment program in aangandwadi

Introduction:-

In the end of December month GRAM VIKAS TRUST has organized Child Assessment activity in Aangandwadi on school readiness skill. Child assessment activity has been organized in 80 villages with 913 children. This activity we done with 4 to 5 year children of aangandwadi. We also involve parents in this activity, for this activity gvt provided colors and drawing page in all villages of children. 

            At first we started activity with home visit, D.A do home visit of all children who are studying in aangandwadi and not study in aangandwadi of village. Aangandwadi parents are exited for to see this activity.

Process   

We started activity by taking help of aangandwadi worker, Aasha worker, parents of aanganwadi and non- aangandwadi children. In this Program we do the activity of ‘maro prayatn marisafalta’, Drawing and mari Safalta, balko no vikas ne chakasvu ane jovu. For that at first we make a group of children and sitting them in round. After make a group of children we distribute Drawing sheet to each and every child. All children has started activity by own their knowledge. All parents are observing the activity of their child. After this activity has been finished we finding certain result of the parents that those children who comes in aangandwadi regularly, they can do drawing very easily because of their Linguistic, mathemathecal development is properly increasing with their age. But who are not comes in aangandwadi those children Linguistic, mathemathecal development is not properly increasing.

·        In kasad, chavaj, mulad and randedi some of children have not sufficient development. Because of their less physical development they could not hold pencil properly.

·        7 children could not differentiate small-big, thick-single, long-short. Because of less development of their mathematical development.

·        A few parents do not know the level of intelligent of their child.

Rudimentary children parents are also there. so aangandwadi worker and Development activist of the village did meeting with all aangandwadi children parents. All parents have been made aware that your child is too poor in compare of his age. So far as your child physical development is concerned, it is so less than other child. In aangandwadi by help of Bala-penting children gets knowledge regarding animals, vegetables, fruits and length. By which children mathematical development and linguistic development will improve and child excitement of learning grows together by seeing another child. And child physical development will also increase. So please send your child in aangandwadi regularly. Those parents are made aware that you have also done some activity for your child who will improve your child physical and mathematical development. All parents have to spend some time with your child.

Active and developing child has given good performance in all activity. They do help of Rudimentary child. All children do help of each other and give suggestion base of their knowledge. Parents are so happy by seeing this program; Parents gives their views as bellow by seeing this activity;
